Resolve any issues about quality, safety, ad hoc work within responsibility and authority.
Be a ERT ( Emergency Respone Team) leader as plant.
Monitoring the stock quantity, quality checking. Monitor and explain the gain/loss of product period. Arrange the stock take period , monito the process.
Supervise the production process to ensure that formulations and procedure, work instruction are followed.
Receiving and monitoring daily production schedule to ensure that production is on time and in full as per agreed schedule.
Support others department when needed.( LAB, Logistics,…).
Creating training materials, giving refresh training for worker about process, safety, quality.
To coordinate maintenance work related to all facilities without affecting production activities . Participates in the maintenance scheduling and provides key operations input to plant maintenance plans and activities.
Arrange people, resource to ensure production process not shut down.
To carry out all activities is full compliance to QHSE requirements of the Group and the standards or specific requirements of the Customers.
Monitor the production waste and loss in order to meet the requirements.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel workers.
Sets and reviews KPI for the operating team based on laid down objectives of terminal/ company.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Operation and Logistics Manager .

Have been working in chemical process plant is an advantage
Work individually, in team, hard; willing to work overtime in shift if needed.
College graduate in relevant fields (Chemical/ Industrial Engineering).
At least 5 year experience in Production company
Effective problem solvent ability Effective supervisory skills
