• Maintenance engineers perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make on-site repairs when needed to ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime and
• Participate as leader/member of team when company/terminal run new project, new process …..

Responsibilty:

• Take care the maintenance task to all the facilities system at Go Dau terminal and other warehouse : electrical system, filling drum, tank farms, pipe line, valve, radar, forklift, pump, …
• Plan and carry out the Repair, Preventive maintenance (include Urgent, Period ) for all system, equipment of terminals ensure all critical system have not interrupt or shutdown.
• Calibration, set up and adjustment for all measured equipment at site.
• Manage spare part, order (PR) for repairing, replacements as required.
• Provide information data to set up maintenance budget yearly. monitoring and control budget for maintenance cost.
• Provide information of maintenance work about purpose, scope, specification, price, supplier ... and send the proposal request (PR) to OM for approval/ supporting (next step).
• Providing technical advice within delegated authority. Supply all requirement about specification, standard, new requirements necessary.
• Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely schedule.
• Training to Operator the machine’s operation, new process and basic maintenance.
• Monitor the process, testing, manage the contractor, training and supervise to contractor when they work at terminal.
• Ensuring that QHSE standards are compiled not only for internal staff but also to the contactor/supplier when they come to terminal for working.
• Responding to alerts and operation messages - carrying out corrective procedures and repairs in line with SOPs and maintenance protocols.
• Monitor and control Document process (procedure, work instruction, drawing, form..), update or revise if any changing.
• Analyses the performance of system, consumable, cost of maintenance to find out the solution to develop and improve the system
• Report working status, spare part,…weekly, monthly..
• Planning and carrying out of minor engineering projects connected to modification and upgradation of facilities, processes and equipment.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Operation and Logistics Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from University with major in Electrical , Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to read and understand technical materials in English well
• Have at least 5 years working experience in field of maintenance
• Knowledge about   PLC and software of  electrical, mechanical contruction drawing
• Work individually, in team, the ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills , and willing to work overtime if needed
• Advanced knowledge  of industrial petroleum  equipment ( gasoline, solvent,…) and experienced about piping , tank farm, instrument  systems,… are an advance.
