TOP SOLVENT (VIỆT NAM)

Purpose:Control and monitor the Raw materials, packing materials, finish goods daily at all warehouse to ensure stock availability to meet with production plan or Sale forecast
Responsibilty:
Sending document to Hai Phong port to complete the payment process (certificate of quantity, time sheet, invoice ,…)
Make up daily, weekly production plan based on sale forecast, delivery order, stock level …to timely fulfill customer order without any mis- delivery, shortage of stock.
Ordering of empty drum, sealing, cap ,.. base on demand (for production planning, for sale, for discharge from ship,…) everyday, everyweek to creat the PO in SAP.
Monitoring and manage stock at Hai Phong and other warehouse everyday, Update and send stock report daily. Check with helper if any different stock with SAP system. Finding reason and report to Operation & Logistics Manager about deviation if any
Implement the stock- check on weekly, monthly, quaterly, annually basis at Hai Phong Terminal and other warehouse, compose and submit the gain/loss monthtly report.
Working with logictics and third parties to arrange truck, material ,..ensure service in use all the time by 3rd parties
Check receiving bulk stock after surveyor sending the draft of survey report then inform to Operation & Logistics Manager for approval
Inform to Sale team or CRC team about stock (especially when nearly empty tank or out of stock.)
Manage to record all document of vessel cargoes receiving :kind of product, quantity, quality, tanks , time,vessel, checklist…
Working with Procurement and Quality team to regularly evaluate /audit service quality of suppliers in working area.
Post the drum stock and material consumption (label, seal, cap,..) in SAP, create GR, posting. Post stock receiving for all warehouses.
Closely working up with Sale an Supply chain, Procurement team to review demand and control the stock in hand to ensure meeting with sale forecast, demand, safety stock level, purchase order from customer …
Carry out report and propose selling the slop product, damage empty drum, slow moving, exprired products….
Implement other functional task in compliane with management’ assignment .

Requirements:
Experience of Finance , accounting, procurement, payment would be in advance
Customer (Internal and External) focus
Strong computer skills ( specially excel), experience of SAP would be in advance
Fair command of English.
Experience of Planning
Graduated from College, minimum 02 years of experience in warehouse management (control, clerk, stock keeper…) Experience of Petroleum products or Terminal Control would be in advance
Analytical abilities, careful, detailed and accurate
Be patient, responsibilities, hardworking, cooperate with team work, eager to learn
