Mô tả công việc

INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team; this role is responsible for pre-selling and selling to new clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals in the IT market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Conduct outreach to potential prospects through various channels including cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline and drive pursuit.

  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and customers.

  • Build and maintain a solid brand awareness of a professional brand image in the industry.

  • Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and service offerings to communicate the value proposition to prospects effectively.

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for weekly progress reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2+ year experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT outsourcing/offshore industry.

  • English Proficiency in both writing and speaking is a must.

  • Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, ...)

  • Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.

  • Experience working in a client support role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport.

  • Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically

  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).

  • Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
