We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing & Sales Admin Intern to join our team at Sumi Ơi, which specializes in supplying a wide range of indirect materials for manufacturing businesses across Vietnam. As a Purchasing & Sales Admin Intern, you will work closely with the teams to ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and payment processing. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B operations, procurement, logistics, and category support.
1. System Data Entry
- Enter and update master data.
- Input purchase and sales orders.
- Check document consistency and coordinate with VAT invoices issuance process.
2. Payment and Invoice Processing
- Prepare and submit payment requests.
- Input invoice and payment data into tracking systems.
- Confirm official VAT invoices from suppliers.
- Send bank transfers to suppliers.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment follow-ups.
3. Document Collection and Management
- Collect original documents (PO, SC, OC, DN, invoices, etc.) from customers and suppliers.
- Ensure documents are properly classified, saved, and stored in designated folders.
- Submit documents for signatures and company stamp.
- Send relevant documents to customers and suppliers as required.
4. Support Tasks
Perform other tasks as needed to support the team's objectives.- A Junior or Senior student who has already completed your course, waiting for a certificate of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Interest in B2B Trading & supply chain operations.- Salary: VND 5 mil/month until your graduation.
