Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a passionate Executive Producer with exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, who has demonstrated success delivering game projects.

You will be instrumental in leading and growing our game development capabilities, managing projects from concept through engine integration, and guiding cross-disciplinary teams toward seamless delivery.

Collaborate closely with Directors, Art Team, and Art Producers to establish realistic timelines, cost estimates, and project deliverables.
Define, monitor, and track project schedules, milestones, and key performance indicators throughout the Art pipeline.
Lead and manage the full game development pipeline, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across disciplines.
Train, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a strong game development mindset and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among artists, engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve issues and share progress updates.
Oversee risk management activities, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing contingency plans.
Manage resource planning and allocation across multiple concurrent projects to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement of production workflows, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with partner studios and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Lead efforts in client engagement, project bidding, and cost analysis when required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a producer or executive producer role, with at least one shipped AAA or comparable game title, preferably on PC and Console (Gen 8 or Gen 9).
Solid understanding of production methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) with demonstrated ability to apply them in game development environments.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the agility to prioritize shifting demands.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Passion for video games and the gaming industry.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to work on-site at our studio in Ho Chi Minh City.
Deep understanding of PC and console game development.
Familiarity with game engines, especially Unity and Unreal Engine.
Experience in coaching and developing mid-to-senior level producers and cross-disciplinary teams.
