We are looking a staff for General Affairs, Human Resources, and cross- functional administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations and compliance with relevant laws and internal regulations.
Report line: GA- HR Supervisor
Location: Hanoi Branch
Position: GA- HR Staff
Key Responsibilities
I/
General Affairs (GA):
· Handle bookings for business trips (flights, hotels, taxi)
· Control cost related to GA- HR department
· Handle and organize engagement activities (birth day party, company trips, team buildings, etc.)
· Manage company licenses and corporate registration (IRC, ERC)
· Manage rental car/ car schedule
· Build good working relationships internally and externally
· Other tasks as a Supervisor or MGR required.
· Manage office facilities, assets, and equipment
· Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities
II/
Human Resources (HR):
· Coordinating with the Supervisor to support organizational development and HR planning
· Support organizing internal/external training sessions
· Handle full- cycle recruitment, onboarding, and labor contracts
· Handle work permit and visa/TRC procedures for foreign staff
· Administer social insurance, union matters, and PIT reporting
· Manage employee welfare, health care, and benefits programs
· Process monthly payroll, bonus, and salary data (attendance reports, overtime…)
III/
Cross- functional / Other Tasks:
· Support the procurement and purchasing process
· Coordinating with the Supervisor to maintain internal regulations and support policy implementation
· Monitor health, safety, and office hygiene compliance
· Marketing: Responsible for content creation and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Website.
· Conduct preliminary legal checks on documents/contracts
· Manage service contracts, suppliers&039; information related to GA- HR
· Support to ensure a safe and productive work environment
· Support risk mitigation and compliance checks

· Gender: F/M
· Extroverted, proactive, willing to learn, can- do spirit, good interpersonal skills
· At least 2 years of working experience in GA- HR
· Bachelor’s degree (Preferred HRM, communication- related field)
· Ability to work hard and take responsibility
· Good at Microsoft Office
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Preferred) Japanese language ability (N2 or above)
· Age: 23~ 28 years old
· Preferred experience in internal communication
· Ability to work in a group and independently, and able to work under high- pressure situations
· Soft skills: strong in communication, marketing skills, and content creation
