Location: Vietnam Employment Type: Full time contract
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize production processes, improve labour productivity, reduce resource waste.
- Analyze daily and weekly workload to ensure optimal allocation of manpower across workstations. Develop flexible and scalable resource plans to handle fluctuations.
- Estimate and validate line, cell, and plant-level capacity. Monitor and reconcile planned vs. actual capacity regularly and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Conduct end-to-end value stream mapping to identify waste, bottlenecks, and non-value-adding activities. Develop and implement improvement roadmaps.
- Apply Toyota Production System principles to analyze and improve processes. Identify gaps in current processes and lead initiatives for lean implementation, standard work, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
- Collaborate with cost accountants to understand cost drivers. Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency gains, waste reduction, and cost savings at the shop floor level. - Track and report KPIs such as manpower utilization, OEE, capacity utilization, and productivity metrics. Prepare dashboards and reports for plant leadership.
- Lead and execute industrial engineering projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Proven experience in TPS or Lean Manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of time and motion studies, line balancing, work measurement, and layout design.
Solid understanding of factory costing and cost-benefit analysis.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and lean tools (VSM, spaghetti diagrams).
Experience in automotive, tire manufacturing, or high-mix low-volume industries.
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering roles, preferably in high-throughput environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive change across functions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
