JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and certified Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and a certification in facilities management. This role involves ensuring that all building systems, services, and processes operate efficiently and meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians.

• Ensure compliance with Law, ISO, and contractual obligations.

• Prepare and execute maintenance schedules, project plans, and resource allocation.

• Attend client meetings and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.

• Monitor budget utilization, cost control, and vendor management.

• Implement HSE and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the FM operations.

• Champion lean manufacturing principles within the value stream, including the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve product quality.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement efforts and track progress over time.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, Mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing facilities

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication, planning & organizational

• Proficient in using facilities management software and tools.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.

• Knowledge of Tire Product lines will be an advantage.
