Develop and implement PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn, aligning with company goals and target audiences.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high- value keywords for effective targeting.
Collaborate with web designers to optimise landing pages for higher conversion rates.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

Monitor campaign performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, making adjustments to optimise results.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on ad elements and landing pages to identify the best- performing strategies.

Budget Management

Track daily spending to stay within budget while maintaining campaign effectiveness.
Manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation to maximise ROI.

Research & Continuous Learning

Explore and integrate new tools or techniques to enhance campaign efficiency and results.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations to refine strategies.

Collaboration & Communication

Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and align with overall business objectives.
Work with SEO, content marketing, and social media teams to ensure cohesive online marketing efforts.

Technical Proficiency & Tools

Utilise tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads Editor, and other digital marketing platforms to manage campaigns and analyse data.
Set up tracking codes, conversion pixels, and custom audiences for accurate performance measurement and reporting.

Strong analytical skills and a data- driven approach to decision- making.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and social media advertising platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in data analysis & reporting on ad performance.
Google Ads certification or similar qualifications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
At least 1 year of experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role managing PPC campaigns.
