What role will you play as Finance and Accounting Trainee
Join Colgate-Palmolive as a Finance and Accounting Trainee to engage in a
multifaceted financial role. You'll contribute to Commercial Finance analysis,
support Tax-Audit-Insurance compliance, and drive Continuous
Improvement within Accounts Receivable. This position is perfect for a recent
graduate eager to apply their finance and accounting knowledge in a
dynamic, global company
You are the game-changer in 12 months (June 2024 - June 2025)
● Support the Commercial Finance team in analyzing sales data, market
trends, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share.
● Assist with the development and evaluation of business cases for new
product launches, promotional campaigns, and other commercial
initiatives.
● Participate in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring
compliance with local.
● Assist with internal and external audit processes by providing necessary
financial data and supporting documentation.
● Contribute to the management of the company's insurance policies,
including the assessment of risk exposure and the recommendation of
appropriate coverage.
● Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for
process optimization within the finance and accounting department.
● Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in managing customer
credit, collections, and cash applications, aiming to improve cash flow
● Analyze AR data to produce actionable insights, reporting on key
performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and
aging balances.What you'll need
● Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting with GPA > = 3.0/4.0
or 8.0/10.0
● Good English, especially in listening and speaking
● 12 months full-time at work
● Familiarize with SAP Hana S4 and interest in Digital are a plus
