Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team, the ideal candidate is someone who embodies both intellectual agility and empathetic understanding. You will be at the forefront of identifying customer pain points and delivering smart, user-centric solutions that are easy to understand and use. You will be responsible for articulating complex product features in ways that resonate with both our technical teams and our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Lifecycle Management:
- Build and manage the product life cycle, including planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize product features and capabilities to meet business targets and objectives.

2.User-Centric Approach:
- Gain a deep understanding of user needs and preferences through research and analysis.
- Represent the voice of the user in all product-related decisions and developments.

3.Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Develop comprehensive competitive analyses to inform product strategy and positioning.

4.Vision and Strategy:
- Define a clear and compelling vision for the product.
- Align stakeholders around the product vision and strategy, ensuring cohesive and collaborative efforts.

5.Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the development team has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. product direction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management or similar experience in a technology company (SaaS / e-Commerce).
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Defining a vision for a product & aligning stakeholder around the vision for the product.
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities to meet up with business target.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for articulating complex concepts in simple terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
