- Implement office administration work on the site as assigned by the Project Director/Site manager: organize meetings, paperwork, prepare office supplies, internal document delivery, contact the government authorities, visitors, investor ... and other partners on site.
- Update reports on activities at the construction site to coordinate with company departments to support the construction sites.
- Maintain and manage documents directly related to work according to standards.
- Monitor, time keeping, Overtime for all staffs in site, monthly update to HR team.
- Corporate with internal team (Construction, QC, MEP, HSE, PC) to complete procedures for finding suitable suppliers to provide materials.
- Make request, buy, record and control assets, furniture and stationery for site office (Assets Register).
- Support stakeholders to complete construction paperwork and procedures to complete project.
- Update information, new policy from head office and sharing to site.
- Coordinate with HO and celebrate some activities for team (monthly birthday, Mid Autumn, year end party….)
- Control the Staff Accommodation, Transportation, PC & Network Maintenance and related contracts.
- Other tasks will be discussed via interview.
