Mô Tả Công Việc

Purpose of Role:
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.

Term of contract: 9 months (Can be extended according to company demand)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Plan Execution:
-Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with enrollment and retention targets.
-Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
-Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
-Manage and optimize the school's online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital platforms.
-Coordinate the creation of engaging digital content, including text, image, and video assets.
2. Social Media Management:
-Develop and execute social media content calendars to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
-Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
-Monitor social media conversations and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
-Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless flow of leads from digital marketing efforts to the admissions process.
-Implement lead generation strategies, including gated content, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
-Collaborate with the team to nurture leads through email marketing and other automated workflows.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
-Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
-Generate detailed reports showcasing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
-Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and admissions, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
-Establish relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Education industry.
-Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
