Job Description:

• Liaise with, support, and work alongside ESP and VF teams during the development, validation, and launch phases.
• Work in a team environment, potentially collaborating with external contractors and suppliers, to design or modify vehicle parts.
• Establish and maintain a Body organization capable of supporting VinFast’s rapidly growing business and objectives.

Technical skills required

• 8+years experience in automotive or related industries.
• Experience on directing a team or department
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering).
• Demonstrated agility in operating within matrixed organizations and teams.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Highly organized
• Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.
• Motivational skills
• In-depth knowledge in Body engineering
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
• Demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ability to deal with high pressure situations using a logical data driven approach.
• Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
