JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems in the fintech industry, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in analyzing business requirements, closely collaborating with Product, BA, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Support team members with technical issues, review code, and improve development processes.
• Address challenging technical problems, optimize system performance, and ensure stable operation in production environments.
• Perform backend performance tuning, optimize processing speed, reduce latency, and increase load capacity.
• Design and implement high-capacity, highly available, and flexible scalable system solutions.
• Carry out CI/CD activities, deploy, and monitor systems.
• Stay updated and apply new technologies suitable for the fintech sector.

REQUIREMENTS

•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development using Java, preferably in the fintech or finance sector.
• Proficient in Java Core and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Deep experience in microservices architecture and related technologies such as:

1. API Gateway (Zuul, Spring Cloud Gateway)
2. Service Discovery (Eureka, Consul)
3. Circuit Breaker (Hystrix, Resilience4j)
4. Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
5. Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
6. Distributed tracing and monitoring (Zipkin, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Experience tuning backend performance, optimizing processing speed, and minimizing latency.
• Experience designing systems capable of handling high load, ensuring high availability, and flexible scalability.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience building and optimizing RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, software architecture thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
