JOB DESCRIPTION

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the fintech domain.

• Acting as a bridge between technical development teams and business units to ensure clear understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.

• Analyze business processes, propose solutions to improve and optimize fintech products/services.

• Support the creation of project documents such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), Use Cases, and User Stories.

• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and update project progress.

• Collaborate with development and QA team to ensure the final product meets the requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Stay updated on technology trends and legal regulations related to fintech to provide relevant advice and proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or banking/financial sectors.

• Deep understanding of fintech products, processes, and business operations such as e-payments, e-wallets, online lending, risk management, etc.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate information clearly and logically.

• Proficient in business documentation techniques: BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories.

• Experience with project management and analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or equivalents.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to read technical documents and engage with international partners is a plus.
