About The Team

Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.

What You Will Do

Art Direction & Creation:
Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D game assets, animations, and visual effects.
Define and maintain the art style, ensuring consistency and alignment with the game's vision.
Create concept art and mockups to visualize ideas and guide the art team.
Collaborate with the Lead Game Artist to establish best practices and standards for the team.
Optimization & Integration:
Work with developers to ensure art assets are optimized and implemented seamlessly in the game engine.
Troubleshoot and resolve artistic or technical issues that arise during development.
Market Awareness & Innovation:
Research trends in hybrid casual games to ensure visual designs remain competitive and engaging.
Drive innovation by proposing new visual elements and effects that enhance gameplay.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a game artist, with at least 2 years in mobile or hybrid casual games.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or Maya.
Strong expertise in creating both 2D and 3D assets, animations, and visual effects.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality game art and a clear understanding of hybrid casual styles.
Experience working with Unity to integrate assets into the game.

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with tools like Spine or After Effects for animation.
Experience mentoring or leading other artists.
Knowledge of asset optimization for mobile platforms and performance.
