Mô tả công việc

Responsible for managing and delivering the day to day marketing communications activity for the Hotel in line with the agreed Marketing Strategy, to support the delivery of hotel revenue targets;
Responsible for creating and managing a marketing communication plan for our Vietnamese target audience predominantly and other markets as required by the marketing manager.
Seek out opportunities for partnerships that increase our ability to communicate with potential customers
Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all managed communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) and the creation of proof read copy to support this;
Responsible for tracking and analyzing any campaign to enable us to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting;
Responsible for planning, organization and contribution to the creative briefing process in conjunction with the Marketing Manager/Director of all photography shoots, events, and promotional activity relevant to the hotel business;
Working closely with the designer to deliver innovative and creative on-line campaigns;
Build and maintain mutual beneficial relationships with media;
Monitor the advertising expenses and suggest/select appropriate media both locally and internationally;
To ensure that all activity carried out is managed within the Hotel Equatorial brand and values guidelines at all times;
Support in the management of press events and where appropriate, supporting the other departments during key areas of activity such as Press conference, Food promotions, Hotel’s anniversary, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
