Mô tả công việc

• Assists with the planning of menus, seasonal articles and food promotion programs;
• Controls standards of food production and presentation throughout the hotel;
• Keep constant watch on food prepared in all kitchens, check receiving;
• Controls the cooks to follow the standard recipes and methods of preparation throughout the Hotel;
• To assist the Executive Chef with the planning and design of new kitchens and kitchen improvement schemes;
• To discuss with the Chef on choice of kitchen equipment;
• To plan for new development, techniques and equipment and instruct his staff how to use the equipment accordingly;
• To assist with the costing and pricing of menus and other food services having taken into consideration the profit margins laid down in the Hotel's budgets;
• Check with Banqueting and Restaurant Mangers on guest comments;
• To work closely with the Executive Chef and line Manager on the recruitment, training development and separation of food and beverage staff;
• To assist with the development of implementation of training programs for food and beverage staff and in particular kitchen personnel.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Native Vietnamese, good English.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
