1. Have technical skills, search and purchase skills, synthesize and compare quotation...

2.Negotiating and making contracting for the purchase of equipment, material, and supplies

3. Determine costs, delivery dates, contract conditions and sources of supply.

4. Ensure internal requirements (of other departments) are met in a timely and effective manner.

5. Develop and maintain existing and new supply networks.

6. Negotiate to get the best deal.

7. Conduct operational cost savings.

8. Monitor supply and distribution processes effectively.

9. Establish, implement and maintain optimal inventory levels.

10. Monitor and control of outstanding purchase orders.

11. Support operations and ensure that problems are identified and resolved as quickly as possible.

12. Updating to all departments the information for each PO

13. Report to all departments if their required deadline cannot be met.

14. Notify the head of the department of problems encountered.

15. Update purchase progress when required

16. Create a good cooperative relationship with Baconco company and suppliers

17. Others task as requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-          Genda / age:  Male / 23-40

-          Experience in procurement (at least 1 year).

-          Can speak English.

-          Has knowlege in electric, mechanical items, vehicle repair spare parts.

-          Good at Microsoft Office.

-          Graduated from mechanical engineering and dynamics is highly recomended.

-          Good communication skills. Skill in dealing with supplier, negotiating.

-          Attentional to details.

-          Sense of responsibility.

-          Able to work under spressure.

-          Problems solving & planning skill.

-          Able to work independantly and can conduct effective team work.
