Responsibilities:
- Architect Reliability Solutions: Design and implement SRE practices to ensure system availability, scalability, and performance.
- Enhance System Resilience: Proactively address potential failures and minimize downtime through effective strategies.
- Lead Incident Management: Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and develop runbooks for future prevention.
- Optimize Monitoring & Alerting: Develop robust systems to monitor and maintain system health, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain IaC solutions using tools like Terraform or Ansible for consistent deployments.
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee cloud operations on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on high availability.
- Automate Processes: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline SRE and DevOps practices.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.
General requirements:
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar SRE Engineer role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in automating software delivery pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Powershell Or Go.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like SonarQube, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.

KMS công bố vận hành trung tâm phát triển dịch vụ phần mềm KMS Healthcare tại Việt Nam với đội ngũ 400 kỹ sư và chuyên viên phát triển phần mềm, làm việc tại 2 văn phòng TP.HCM và Đà Nẵng. KMS Healthcare cung cấp giải pháp công nghệ để hỗ trợ các dịch vụ y tế & chăm sóc sức khoẻ cho các công ty, người dùng, tổ chức khoa học đời sống và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khoẻ.
