- You personalize interactions within the service process based upon different guest profiles and aim to make a tour on the catamaran memorable.
- You are knowledgable about Phu Quoc Island and can explain guests about the different areas, with a focus on the places visited during day and sunset tours.
- Provide assistant where required to guests using activities and facilities, instruoction regarding all related activities, facilities including safety and correct use of equipments
- Your responsibility on-board of the catamaran includes lifeguard duties, for which you will participate in a training organised by the resort.
- You are confident on-board of the catamaran and you are an excellent swimmer who feels comfortable surrounded by the sea.
- You are pro-active in supporting your F&B service colleagues and you do not mind working in other areas of the department if requested by the management.
- You are confident to serve food and beverage items on board, for both groups and private boat events.
- You take responsibility for inventory on-board of the catamaran, this includes food & beverage items and alos required operating equipment.
- Ensure all areas on deck are in pristine condition and set-up according to the Regent standards.
- You responsibly handle cash and credit card payments, by carefully recording transactions in the Point of Sale System, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day.

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field
- Possess the customer service-oriented mindset
- Can work in rotated shifts
- Fluent in English is a must
- Can swim and assist in the lifeguard process when needed
