*** Job Description:
- Lead and manage entire product design from idea to launch
- Conduct and create personas from user research, monitoring and evaluating the product design, ensuring the UX is simple, straightforward, and authentic
- Discuss with the team to analyze customer’s requirements to build product user flows, mockups, storyboards, site maps, prototypes and wireframe
- Evaluate and provide UX solutions based on gathered user data
- Deliver high-fidelity UI designs for Web, iOS and Android
- Define detail-oriented UI as well as design systems and consistent, reusable patterns for our products
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of professional experience in a digital product design or UX/UI design role on products that have been released to market
- Proficient in wireframe tools and design tools software as Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD…
- UI design skills, especially in the construction of visual hierarchies, and attention to detail on typography, spacing, and color
- Having a good understanding of the design system
- Strong understanding and passion for the importance of design thinking & interest in emotional design; has a clear and strong understanding of the importance of user-centered design
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams and clients
- Familiar with the fundamental UX of major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Desktop OS.
- Good verbal and written English
