Mô tả Công việc

- Ensure accounting work is compliant with local requirements and promote compliance environment in finance perspective

- Providing quality and timely financial reports, periodic reports, internal, external reports as well as financial supporting services

- To monitor, reconcile, review all tax packages and all kind of reports related to all kind of taxation such as VAT, withholding tax, CIT ...

- TPs forms, TP reporting, mater and local file

- Tax reconciliation with Tax authority: pro-active work to have yearly confirmation on company obligation outstanding with Tax Authority

- Providing consultancy services and promote compliance environment: Advising on accounting law, tax law, regulations… and support auditing work. Support accounting supervisor in making accounting, financial, tax reports. Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors

- Contractual reviewing and consolidation

- Ensure all related accounting documents checked, filed and maintained properly in compliance with requirements from managements, group & local regulations.

- To prepare accurately & submit on time all monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc accounting reports to managements, regional, head office & local authorities

- Support in setting up & managing properly internal accounting system, controls and standard operation procedures.

- Assist for organizing & performing the accounting activities and sections as follows:

- Implement a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books reflecting all activities in a manner commensurate with relevant legislation and regulation and subject to internal guidelines.

- Internal Control activities, review accuracy of testing and completeness of documentation.

- Coordinate audit process (group, local) with external auditors.

- Review all general ledger transactions and reconcile the trial balance

- Perform bank / Cash reconciliation.

- Other duties upon the request of Financial Controller.

- Provide training and support the other accountant staffs if necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge: Accounting and financial regulations, VAS, IFRS is preferable.
• Skills: Proficiency in analytical, detail and high level of accuracy, Microsoft Office, accounting software (Misa, CW1, SAP).
• Experience: At least 5 years experience in relevant job, experience in logistics company is the plus.
• Others: Ability to co-ordinate team members, self-motivated, proactive, accurate.
• Languages: Fluent English or Japanese.
