Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Trade Marketing strategies to achieve business and market share objectives.
Deeply analyze market data, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, proposing innovative Trade Marketing solutions.
Proactively discuss, negotiate, and collaborate closely with Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand image, and maximum effectiveness of campaigns.
Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of promotional programs, in-store activations, events, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across various distribution channels.
Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of Trade Marketing activities, provide detailed reports, and propose adjustments to optimize budgets and results.
Effectively manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring activities are executed within allocated resources.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, retail partners, and other key stakeholders to maximize collaboration and support.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
In-depth understanding of retail channels, merchandising strategies, and promotional activities.
Strong data analysis skills, ability to make data-driven decisions, and excellent project management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, capable of leading significant projects.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Bonus: 13th month salary according to company regulations
Salary policy: Review once a year (reviewed based on working performance)
