- In charge of social insurance and health insurance for staff
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.

2. Admin job
- Purchase stationery and office supplies
- Monitor the admin contract (electricity, and water contract…)
- Assist in company event organization
- Ensure environmental related works, and work with authorities when necessary

- Bachelor degree on relating fields.
- 2 year-experience on HR & Admin position of Hospitality Industry.
- Good knowledge on labor regulation, compensation and benefits for employees.
- Good at English and MS office.
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
