• Manage procurement of goods and services for the company.
• Lead the company in securing quality suppliers of product, materials, and components that meet cost and quality targets.
• Manage the company’s external suppliers in regards to purchase of goods and materials.
• Liaising, networking, and keeping good relationships with current suppliers and relevant departments.
• Identify, locate & build partnerships with new vendors / suppliers.
• Constant research of product, to obtain the best product and supplier in terms of best value for the company.
• Negotiate, review, finalize, and complete contracts along with monitoring progress.
• Manage purchase orders, requisitions. Manage delivery schedules and quality of products.
• Manage payments and invoices of goods and services ordered and received.
• Ensure goods are purchased at the most competitive price & delivered on time.
