• Manages sales efforts for the restaurant including local corporate and social catering and F&B outlets.
• Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
• Responds to incoming catering opportunities for the restaurant.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Identifies, qualifies and solicits new catering business to achieve personal and restaurant revenue goals.
• Achieve company target / KPI through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
• Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand
• Pursue new market opportunities to increase event revenue. Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Closes the best opportunities for the restaurant based on market conditions and restaurant needs. Be aware of the key trends in the market in order to create appropriate strategy.

• Background in hospitality, bachelor or college

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional.

• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

• Relevant industry experience in sales or business development in hospitality/travel industry

• Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluently and Excellent in English is a must. (especially speaking and writing)
