The company's flagship product is a web-based application designed to manage large-scale media libraries (photos, videos, audio files, documents…). As a direct result of 15+ years of independent R&D, Cortex is the most flexible DAM on the market. The solution has been chosen by clients to manage their large digital assets libraries.

YOUR MISSION

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product releases. Essential Functions:

• Manage the (release) backlog

Clarify requirements with key stakeholders, document user stories, set priorities, and plan sprints.

• Oversee the implementation progress

Support the teams to ensure both time & quality objectives are met (Troubleshooting, priorities management, testing...)

• Ensure deliverables meet the company quality standards

Conduct functional reviews before changes are delivered to users and help build the engineering culture.

As you get a better understanding of the product & the vision driving its development, you will gradually take a key role in the global backlog management and weigh in early on requirements to ensure they fit in the global picture.

Your skills and experience

The most successful candidates for this role will have:

• Significant experience as a Product Owner working on tech products developed in quick implementation cycles.
• Technical background is a big plus but not mandatory.

Skills

• Understanding business requirements, turning them into executable development plans that technical teams fully endorse and follow up through the execution.
• UX sensibility is appreciated.
• Wireframing with tools ((Figma, Balsamiq, Illustration or others)
• Good command of English (oral and written).

Must Have

• Logical thinking
• Structured and concise communication (both in Vietnamese and English)
• Open-mindedness and willingness of venturing off the beaten track
