• Maintain detailed knowledge of facilities and services of the hotel and use this knowledge to promote the resort to guests

• Create guest satisfaction through a pleasing personality, effective communication skills and should be first to greet the guest as per time of the day

• Maintain good knowledge of the city route’s locations and resort facilities

• Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the car used for guest transfer and assist with maintaining vehicles to resort presentation

• Responsible for safe transfer of guests from all determined locations

• Maintain the vehicles well, ensuring that vehicle is always clean and ready for operation

• Record the route of the trips

• Monitor vehicle registration and registration according to regulation and periodic or arising maintenance and repair

• Support to pick up and drop off guests when required

• Be responsible to keep our property safe and secure, to participate and any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety

• Responsible for managing the key’s car

- Bao Viet health insurance for individuals;

- Provided with 3 meals a day;

• High School or Vocational certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Driving license of class B2 or higher.

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience

• Strong communication skills

• Familiar with airport operation

• Basic English communication

• Statement of honest and no criminal record.
