• Draft, review, and provide legal opinions on a wide range of contracts and agreements that Piaggio Vietnam (PVN) may enter into with suppliers, partners (including dealers and importers), and other third parties within the scope of the company's business activities.
• Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers upon request from relevant departments.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on issues raised by internal departments to the Legal Department.
• Draft meeting minutes for regular sessions of the Company's Member Council; maintain and update legal documents related to the company's corporate governance.
• Prepare application dossiers for obtaining or amending the company's Investment Certificate in the event of changes to business activities.
• Support relevant departments in applying for licenses, permits, or other legal documentation as required by applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's Compliance Program.
• Review and finalize internal policies and regulations drafted by the company and/or relevant departments to ensure legal consistency and compliance.
• Monitor, report, and support Piaggio Group in handling intellectual property (IP) infringement cases.
• Handle simple IP infringement cases with authorization from Piaggio Group.
• Analyze and assess potential legal risks and implications associated with business decisions and operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and support the resolution of litigation cases, if any.• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a legal role, preferably in a multinational company, law firm, or within the manufacturing/automotive sector.
• Solid experience in reviewing and drafting contracts, handling licensing procedures, and providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations, especially in commercial, corporate, investment, and labor law.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High level of attention to detail, integrity, and responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
