• Provide administrative support: telephone & mobile service, taxi card, couriers in-out, guest/ visitor, stationary facility, maintenance/ cleaning, copy machine, coffee machine, water dispenser etc...
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
• Maintain records/ reporting and documentation related to general affairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Support employee go to business trip: air ticket, business car, hotel,...
• Expatriates care including: housing, work permit, resident card,...
• Coordinate with the Building Management for office operations
• Expenses management & make payment for all expenses regarding HNO: electrical, telephone, taxi,...
• Others required by Manager• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate services, administration, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions proactively
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing high-quality support to internal and external clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• English: intermediate level (speaking and writing communications)
