Employment Contracts Management: 

• Prepare, review, and maintain full-time employee contracts in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Time Attendance Monitoring

• Oversee daily attendance tracking and reporting using timekeeping systems.
• Address discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve attendance issues.
• Support leave management processes and ensure proper documentation.

Insurance Administration

• Manage employee health and social insurance enrollment, updates, and claims.
• Liaise with insurance providers and government agencies to ensure compliance and timely processing.

Payroll System Management

• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and insurance data.
• Collaborate with Finance's payroll to maintain payroll system integrity.
• Assist in audits and reporting related to payroll and compensation.

Working Experience: At least 1-year experiences in in C&B field at hotel context

Basic English communication and writing skills
