About The Opportunity

The Billing & Collections Senior Associate of the Global Billing & Accounts Team will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections processes for Vietnam, with the overarching objective of ensuring our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner.

This role will report directly to the Pacific Senior Lead for Billing & Accounts. In this role, you will:

Respond to all Member Support Requests within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while providing financially accurate information and the highest quality member experience.
Provide guidance and support to the offshore team with outreaches to members with an outstanding balance to reduce the Accounts Receivables (AR) and meet the monthly collections goal.
Provide a high-quality experience to both our members and our internal and external teams
Constantly look at areas for process improvement; Aptitude to challenge current processes, and communicate proposed solutions to the territory lead.
Review and reconcile member accounts to ensure good financial standing and to ensure correct payment processing
Cooperate with other stakeholders and local banks (if needed) to resolve issues relating to payments, invoices, cash reconciliation, member’s queries, refunds;
Be the regional point of contact for any inquiries from members or other WeWork teams
Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment, and must have willingness to pitch-in when asked to support other areas.
Update various trackers provided by leadership in a timely fashion while adhering to adhoc project deadlines
Liaison and support to the tax team regarding e-invoice registration and issuance
Provide support to the bank in queries related to refunds
Participate in ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Assist with monthly VAT compliance with the tax team and auditors.

Responsible For Managing The Following Transactions

Customer’s records - Legal info in e-invoice and delivery information
Agreed services and payment terms
Naming of transactions
Tax management on every transaction
Monthly transaction report in English and Vietnam
E-invoice registration and management
Issuing and sending invoices

About You

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Degree/Professional qualification in Business Management/Accounting/Finance related field is a plus
Good understanding of Vietnam regulations on tax
Fluency in English
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals; ability to display initiatives and work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Drive Systems
Attention to detail and high adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and time management skills

Lịch sử thành lập

Tháng 4/1995, Tổng Công ty Bưu chính Viễn thông Việt Nam chính thức được thành lập theo mô hình Tổng Công ty 91, trực thuộc Chính phủ và Tổng cục Bưu điện với tên giao dịch quốc tế viết tắt là VNPT, chính thức tách khỏi chức năng quản lý nhà nước và trở thành đơn vị sản xuất, kinh doanh, quản lý khai thác và cung cấp các dịch vụ bưu chính, viễn thông.
Ngày 19/11/1997 Việt Nam chính thức hòa mạng internet quốc tế. VDC (đơn vị trực thuộc của VNPT) là nhà cung cấp cổng truy nhập internet duy nhất (IAP) và là 1 trong 4 nhà cung cấp dịch vụ internet (ISP) đầu tiên của Việt Nam.
Ngày 26/3/2006, VNPT chuyển đổi từ Tổng Công ty sang hoạt động theo mô hình Tập đoàn
Năm 2008, Tổng Công ty Bưu chính Việt Nam (VNPost) chính thức đi vào hoạt động. VNPT phóng thành công vệ tinh viễn thông đầu tiên của Việt Nam VINASAT-1
Ngày 30/03/2009, VNPT đã thiết lập thành công phiên họp trực tuyến lần đầu tiên của Chính phủ tới Văn phòng UBND của 63 tỉnh/thành phố, đánh dấu bước đổi mới tích cực trong việc ứng dụng CNTT vào công tác chỉ đạo, điều hành của Chính phủ. Đồng thời thể hiện năng lực của VNPT trong việc thực hiện Dự án "Mạng truyền số liệu chuyên dùng của các cơ quan Đảng và Nhà nước".
Năm 2011, VNPT được trao giải thưởng quốc tế "Băng rộng thay đổi cuộc sống"
Ngày 16/05/2012, VNPT đã phóng thành công Vệ tinh viễn thông thứ 2 của Việt Nam VINASAT-2 lên quỹ đạo tại bãi phóng Kourou, Guyana, Nam Mỹ. Vệ tinh sẽ nằm tại vị trí vị trí 131,80E. Vệ tinh VINASAT-2 đã đi vào khai thác trong quý 3 năm 2012
Năm 2014, VNPT triển khai tái cơ cấu theo Đề án được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt
Năm 2015, VNPT thành lập 3 Tổng công ty, bước vào giai đoạn tái cấu trúc toàn diện
Tháng 11/2016, VNPT đã chính thức khai trương dịch vụ 4G tại huyện đảo Phú Quốc và trở thành nhà mạng đầu tiên khai trương dịch vụ mạng 4G tại Việt Nam.
Từ tháng 10/2017, VNPT đã đưa vào khai thác tuyến cáp biển băng thông rộng AAE1.
Năm 2018, Thành lập Công ty VNPT-IT
