The opportunity

• CRM will serve as the internal sales point of contact for designated key and/or strategic accounts within the region. As a key enabler of GF’s account management and customer care process
• Responsible for ensuring the overall positive customer experience and managing the delta between customer expectations and GF performance
• Working closely with the designated stakeholders (e.g global account own, operations lead, product head) across all regions and divisions of Toll Group.
• The position exists to support and develop the business relationships with our key clients in the region in collaboration with the global account owner based on the account plan.
• Takes an active role to drive controllable business in the region and grow share of wallet and profitability by building strong client relationships & satisfaction.
• Comply with all necessary controls and procedures, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer care at all times.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Degree/Diploma in transportation/logistics/marketing or above
• 3+ years’ of relevant working experience in development and client relationship building within the Freight Forwarding industry (Relevant for Client Relationship Manager)
• Strong understanding of both verbal and written English.
• Preferred to have experience with CW1 system (Cargo Wise)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and manipulate large volumes of data
• Good problem-solving skills; ability to find core issues and creatively address
