The Operation Executive in Bulk Vessel Team is responsible for end-to-end logistics coordination, including monitoring and coordinating with departments to ensure the correct execution of the logistics plan. This role ensures the timely, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods from production sites to ports or customers, in alignment with shipment schedules and service standards.

• Follow up with Sales/CS/Planning team to update PO information (target loading quantity, laycan, payment, vessel nomination and other requested specifications...)
• Coordinate with the outbound logistics team to ensure on time delivery of cargo from end to end
• Request service from suppliers such as insurance companies, inspection companies, shipping agency, stevedore companies..
• Follow up payment with relevant parties, including Account receivable & Account Payable
• Solve customer's inquiry & support on adhoc cases
• Work closely with the Legal team to draft commercial contracts & ensure the implementation of the terms and conditions under contracts
• Provide regular reports on logistics operations, shipment status, and any issues that arise, as requested by management or other departments.
• Standardize the internal files such as internal loading procedure, internal layout at port, and presentation slides...

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in container shipping or freight forwarding
• Proficient English skills are a plus
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with logistics management software is a plus
• Effective communication skills with a proactive and collaborative working attitude
• Willingness to travel to ports, warehouses, or logistics service providers as required
• Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
