• Uni Export is a leading and pioneering supplier of wood pellets in Vietnam and Asia, with a substantial 19-years experiences.
• Operating 5 production plants, we currently deliver a supply of over 500,000 tons of biomass energy, along with 300,000 tons of wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood powder; and more than 18,000 cubic meters of plywood annually. Responsibilities:

• Continuously and accurately updating of domestic and export receivables amount
• Update the precise amount of money collected from the Banks into the Accounting system.
• Ensure that all transactions generated during the day are counted in the system within the day.
• Timely notify relevant departments about the received amount in bank accounts.
• Daily report on accounts receivable for the debt collection department.
• Periodical report to the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors on: Revenues collected in the month. Receivables based on debt age and bad debt.
• Weekly, and monthly collation data between factory inventory data, customs declaration data, and invoice accounting data.
• Coordinate with related departments to collate the balance as well as customers’ payment situation.
• Other reports as required by the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• University Degree/ College (Major of Accounting)
• Solid understanding of accounting legislation and accounting procedures
• At least 2-year experience in related fields
• Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
• Good English is preferable
• Good writing & reporting skills
• Fast learner, Independence, passion for accounting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good time and task management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office 365; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Working location and hours:

• Location: Floor 2, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Time: Mon-Fri (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) & Sat (8.00 AM - 12.00 PM - WFH available)
