JOB DESCRIPTION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Acts as liaison, key point of contact between the internal team and supplier
• Work with team Account to make plan and priority the purchasing action
• Communicate with Account and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines, after that adjust and make a suitable purchase request
• Negotiate with supplier, solve any problems and make sure purchase request are met
• Optimize and ensure the supply cost
• Transfer the information and needed paperwork to supplier
• Follow the working status with supplier and support resolve if any problems
• Manage the account's budget and invoice of supplier
• Check and report on the campaign's progress
• Collect supplier data, analysis and provide suggestion/recommendation for future job
KPI
• Purchase cost per product unit
• Time from order to delivery
• Exact invoice
• Rate of receiving goods of the right quality and quantity
• Difference between actual cost and estimated cost.
REQUIREMENTS
• For fresh graduated student major in Marketing
• Have knowledge of the social, digital marketing industry: KoL, KoC, Celeb (Is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft office and management software
• Ability to learn new knowledge and handle trouble
• Able to work honest, independently, proactively and under pressure
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
