Basic Function: Provide Sales responsibility & Academic support to Academic programs (Doctoral & Master) in Hanoi (12 -16 students)
1. Sales representative - Trách nhiệm Tuyển sinh (Trách nhiệm chính, tuyển sinh 12-16 students/ class/năm)
- Present, promote, and sell Academics to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Organize Seminars/workshops for program development
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
2. Support for Academic classes - Trách nhiệm Học vụ (nếu có điều phối)
- Processing invoices and statements, checking reports
- Preparing budget and following the aging reports
- Filling and managing PMDS Library
- In-class assisting faculty in the delivery of courses in the academic programs including course
projects and examinations.
- Assisting the Program Coordinator in academic-related issues such as scheduling/course
evaluation, Monitoring, and documenting courses.
- Following up with faculty advisors on final projects; Assisting participants in completing the
requirements to defend and graduate
- Keeping records of participants' performance (current courses, missed courses, English
proficiency, etc.) and maintaining communication with the PMDS office at PMDS
concerning the status

5. Salary grade: Gross 610USD - 850 USD/month (Negotiated)
6. Working time:
o Monday - Friday: 08:00 am - 05:30 pm
o Saturday + Sunday: depending on the Master class's schedule (having a compensation day off)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in administrative, promoting activities works
2. Knowledge of institutions, industries, and donors in the Vietnamese context
3. Good command of both English and Vietnamese
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Ability to use online training software
6. Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's degree) or equivalent, and several years experience in the
areas of training, education, and promotion.
