a. Warehouse Duties (70%)

Assist all warehouse inventory requirements.
Manage inventory IN & OUT for Motorcycle, Parts & Accessories, Merchandise in the warehouse. Dispatch the shipment and send to other locations as confirmed by related departments.
Prepare necessary labels & tags for Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, Merchandise products.
Receiving the parts & accessories, merchandise, checking the product label/tag details, if the information is incorrect, notify teams for modification.
Track and support documents when shipments arrive and manage Inventory reports.
Input and update inventory on NAV system.
Weekly count and inspect the stock and report if there are any losses or damages.
Follow safety requirements by local laws or the company, suggest and request Line Manager for any problems that may arise at warehouse.

b. Logistics duties (30%)

Oversee bike warehouse of company, in actual and in system.
Deliver the actual received P&A, merchandise, products of each brand and transfer to the system.
Update inventory control system.
Coordinate with Managers of other departments (P&A, Merchandise, Motorcycles) smoothly.
Be responsible for all related documents, procedures, and process in receiving bike shipment on time and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to work with Vietnam Register for bike documents, bike testing at Vietnam Register and getting the bike testing result from VR authority if required.
Receive the bike docs at Vietnam Register and send to HCM/ DN for monthly bike VAT invoice issuance.
Support the team to work with truckers, forwarders, and transportation services.
Other tasks if required by Line Manager.

College / University degree, minimum 02-03 years of working experience in Logistics/Warehousing/Supply Chain/Transportation/Inventory Management or relevant.
Proficiency in inventory management software, knowledge of NAV systems is a big plus.
Knowledge and experience with servicing of products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
Knowledge of motorcycle front end, suspension, and engine components and the commitment to continually develop knowledge.
Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
Good at MS Office, English, math and analytical skills.
Be willing to work overtime to complete reports based on deadlines.
Honest, proactive, responsible, careful, independent & multi-task working under high pressure.
