=> Đề bài này thuộc dạng bài Agree or Disagree.

Conclusion:

  • Khẳng định lại quan điểm

=> Maintaining a steady work background has its benefits and drawbacks => Depend on an individual's personal goals, skills, and preferences.

Many believe that jobs in the permanent positions have more job satisfaction and better career options in the future, I agree. However, others believe that changing jobs and working with different experienced people gives life experience . In this essay, I will discuss both views and give necessary opinion.

On the one hand, People desire to work with one company because they assume that changing to different working environment cannot give satisfaction in employment. For instance, fixed salary with benefits, bonus and other retirement plan. Secondly, commitment with one organisation is always easy  way of understanding terms and conditions and company policy agreement. Such as, rules and regulations of employee and employer, office timings and working policies.

Lastly, role of job plays an important part when selecting certain profession in particular sector. For example, attending workshops and continuing alternative studies can help and guide people in satisfying their career. Moreover, promotion and getting extra income by overtime duties in particular firm can give better life and relationships with co-workers and co-operation also enhances ethical behaviour.

On the other hand, others believe changing job roles and working with various organisation have satisfying career because they work in different firms and people. For example, a person received deployment from the company and seeing options for pursuing education and other enhanced courses for better job security. Furthermore, seeking job approval in better field can give positive results in adopting, entering and staying in the new firm.

In conclusion, people staying with certain companies can provide job satisfaction rather than moving into new companies because career changes in between can cause interruptions in the profession.

Whether to keep a job or to switch jobs has been a topic of concern in this day and age. From my stance, while some people believe that holding down a job is more beneficial, job-hopping could provide people with a more enjoyable career.

On the one hand, people choosing to keep doing a job throughout their life have some advantages. The major benefit is that people maintaining employment for a company can become experts in their jobs more easily than job hoppers. As a matter of fact, mastery takes time. People choosing to have a steady career certainly have more time to focus on improving particular knowledge or work skill as well as experience in their fields than those who often change their jobs. Consequently, people having steady employment may have a significant advantage over job hoppers as their experience and work skills are considered valuable to companies.

On the other hand, there are two strong reasons why job-hopping seems to be more appealing to many people, especially the young ones. Firstly, job hoppers have the opportunity to try their hands at different fields, thereby acquiring more skills and experience in many jobs. In fact, versatility is one of the most important factors for workers to survive in the increasingly competitive job market nowadays. Being able to do a variety of jobs may increase workers’ adaptability to many kinds of work, thus making these people more attractive to employers and hiring practices than those being mastered in just one or two fields. Therefore, job hoppers could have a higher chance to get employed than those staying in the same job for life. Secondly, people who change work more often and experience various working environments have the opportunity to find what suits them best. For example, many young people dislike the idea of having a steady job or a desk job and therefore, switch careers to seek more dynamic opportunities that could later prove more fulfilling.

In conclusion, although staying in the same job can be beneficial to some extent, I still believe that job-hopping could provide people with a more successful career.

It is believed that keeping a particular job early in life brings more career satisfaction than regular job hopping. While there are some benefits to switching jobs, I maintain that remaining on a job is likely to provide people with greater fulfilment.

On the one hand, career switching does some wonders for people. The first reason is that people have the opportunity to work in different fields and thus acquire more skills by changing from one job to another. In addition to that, job-hoppers always need to accommodate themselves with a new environment, new co-workers and new workflow, and it results in their flexibility and ability to solve problems well in almost any situation. Second, people who change jobs more often and experience various working environments may manage to find a potential job that matches their passion and interests.

On the other hand, staying with the same job for a long period stands a chance of promotion and rising salaries. Because if people sharpen their skills and undergo plenty of challenging tasks after years, they will have much experience to be more likely to move up the ladder and earn a lucrative living. Furthermore, people remaining on a career path for an extended period of time are put under less pressure. As they only focus on the development of one field and already become familiar with their workplace and colleagues, therefore, they can get little depression and achieve work-life balance.

To sum up, I believe that early pursuing and continuing with one career choice is likely to give a sense of security, and hence brings more satisfaction in life, though changing jobs can be somehow beneficial to some people

Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing it are more likely to get a satisfying career life than those who frequently change jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that career satisfaction can be achieved by working a job consistently from early on, rather than by changing jobs regularly. In my opinion, having a consistent job history has its advantages and disadvantages when it comes to career satisfaction. This essay will discuss some crucial elements involved.

On the one hand, maintaining stable employment offers numerous advantages. First of all, by being a long-tenured employee, an individual can develop deeper relationships with colleagues and customers. They may also have more opportunities for advancement and growth within the company. Secondly, having a consistent job history can enhance the appearance of one’s curriculum vitae, which shows a potential employer a candidate's commitment, reliability, and level of experience.

On the other hand, staying in the same job for an extended period of time does not always create a fulfilling career. To some people, working the same job may lead to boredom and complacency. They may feel the need to explore new challenges and opportunities in order to continue growing and developing professionally. Moreover, exploring a range of different career paths may ultimately lead to the discovery of a career that suits a person better for the future. For example, since most young people have limited experience, they lack the insight to determine which job is for them. Therefore, changing career paths may help them seek suitable professions.

In conclusion, maintaining a steady work background has its benefits and drawbacks. How an individual can achieve a satisfying career will depend on one’s personal goals, skills, and preferences. It is important for individuals to assess their own needs, values, and aspirations, and to make decisions that align with these factors.

Few people believe that individuals who are working in a stable job are more prone to be successful and happy compared to the people who are constantly alternating between work. Work is a place where we spend most of our time in the day in the present world and consequently needs to be chosen carefully. I completely agree with this statement and I will explain it further in this essay.

Although working in one place for a long time can become boring or tiresome after some time, it still has its own advantages. Once somebody is employed in one particular post, that individual gets familiar with the workplace, colleagues and the surrounding area very well. This makes the individual more satisfied and pleased as he does not need to know new people every day and also has his own place in one particular work. For example, with a stable job a person can also live in one region forever, hence can buy a house without worrying about changing cities all the time. This makes life easier and more predictable for the individual.

On the other hand, there are folks who are frequently changing jobs and they are not so concrete about what will happen thereafter. These individuals earn a living in a career and then they either get bored or they have problems at work with colleagues and therefore decide to move to another workplace. Furthermore, this attitude leads to less satisfaction and they cannot purchase a house permanently in a specific area as they need to constantly move around. For instance, a person with behavioural issues will always need to change the profession as he cannot have good relations in a particular workplace.

To conclude, I completely agree with the statement that having a single job and having a stable life leads to a content feeling and sense of security which makes the individual confident and happy. Whereas, alternating between workplaces needs more effort and is unpredictable causing the person to be more confused or dissatisfied.
