Principal Accountabilities:
Respond to all Warehouses & Distribution activity.
Manage job to follow KPI.
Roles & Responsibility
• Follow direction from Warehouse and Distribution supervisor to perform all activities related Logistics function.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs.
• Other task assignment by manager.
Main Task: Warehouse & Distribution
• Make sure goods and services are delivered safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all time.
• Strictly follow the company's policies.
• Preparation all materials to make sure OTIF
• Coordinate with 3PLs to deliver to customer on time.
• Follow up all requirements regarding Quality Management System, EHS Management System and 5s.
• Make sure all incoming RMs/FGs and out coming RMs/FGs are correct.
• Follow the FIFO rule.
• Manage stock accuracy.
• Prepare RMs & Packaging to adapt production schedule.
• Daily cycle count

• Knowledgeable in EHS system

Công ty TNHH ABC Việt Nam chuyên về đúc, dập &; chế tạo kim loại tấm. Chúng tôi sản xuất các bộ phận đúc chết và vỏ kim loại (tấm), vỏ, khung và tủ cho các ngành công nghiệp sau: Điện tử, năng lượng mặt trời, năng lượng tái tạo, nông nghiệp. Chúng tôi không sản xuất sản phẩm của riêng mình, nhưng là nhà sản xuất theo hợp đồng. Vì vậy, chúng tôi sản xuất các sản phẩm dựa trên các bản vẽ mà chúng tôi nhận được cung cấp từ khách hàng của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi tập trung vào số lượng từ 500 đến 50.000 chiếc cho mỗi đơn đặt hàng. Khách hàng của chúng tôi chủ yếu có trụ sở tại Mỹ, Canada và Úc.
