Job Description
- Client Acquisition: Actively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling and emailing, to expand the customer base.
- Sales Achievement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territories and industries.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for tenders and contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions, and oversee the preparation of sales contracts.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, including cost assessments and sales performance metrics, while managing and expanding client accounts.
- Technical Consultation: Offer pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and presentations, as well as after-sales assistance and product training to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Industry Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, leveraging these opportunities for networking and product promotion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with supply chain management, sales support teams, project engineers, and order fulfilment teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
- Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Proven sales experience with industrial products, particularly Air Compressors, Dryers, or other rotating equipment.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the Southern regions of Vietnam to meet clients
- Other: having network in F&B, Pharma, Electronics would be advantages.
- Salary: Meet market average.
- Equity Grant: Participation in the company's equity program.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Coverage for both employees and their dependants.
