JOB SUMMARY

Takes care all Packaging Engineering for Vietnam

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create packing SOP for all products of both type of product: In line product & NEW GO

· Design & standardize carton size, printing layout & other packing material

· Create packing list

· Make sure all packing material such as carton, bubble bag, label, accessories are used correctly with good quality

· Support Manager/ Work with Sourcing & QC team for new packing material development

· Have container packing/ loading instruction

· Support Manager/ Work with China facility & US for packing engineering communication & improvement

· Support Manager/ Work with China facility & US for packing issue solving

· Support Manager/ Design & review product label

· Review & control US packing standard in term for quantity & weight

· Have cost saving & quality improving for packing material & method

· Have standard for material & finishing storing

· Have proper packing method/ process & tool

· Build strong packing engineering system for production compliance

· Audit & maintain packing material & method compliance

· Have continuous improvement for packing engineering

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

In charge of all Packing Engineering for all 3rd party suppliers in Vietnam.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

University

2. Experience

More than 2 years of experience at packing engineering Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software

3. Knowledge of:

Packing material

4. Skills and Abilities Good at number, cost Analysis ability

Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems. Very proactive and energetic.

Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.

Good at Written and Spoken English

Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure Work well in a team-based environment.

Lean knowledge is a plus
