Responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, deployment, and management of mobile app products, ensuring high traffic handling and optimizing user experience.
• Prioritize performance and stability, ensuring efficient handling of sudden traffic surges, cyberattacks, and system incidents.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and GraphQL, optimizing data flow and processing.
• Implement mobile app security features such as biometric authentication, passwordless login, and data encryption.
• Ensure code quality and application performance through testing methodologies (unit testing, integration testing).
• Collaborate with other development teams (UI/UX, backend) to maintain consistency and high product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development and post-deployment.
• Create detailed project documentation, including development and operational documents.
• Follow coding standards and software development processes.
• Develop software in an agile environment and maintain records on project management tools.
• Guide and support customers in understanding the system's business processes and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (with honors or higher) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• TOEIC score of ≥ 550 or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS), including at least 3 years of experience developing mobile apps using Flutter.
• Strong ability to optimize application performance using techniques such as caching, lazy loading, pagination, debouncing, etc.
• Experience working with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics, Remote Config, etc.).
• Knowledge of mobile security, data encryption techniques, and secure storage.
• Deep understanding of JWT, OAuth2, SSO, FIDO2, and related authentication technologies.
• Experience with version control tools and working in an Agile development model.
