Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
Order Taking: Learn to accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail in communication with guests.
Food & Beverage Service: Assist in serving food and drinks to guests promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
Upselling: Learn techniques for upselling menu items, special offers, and resort signature dishes, enhancing the guest experience and resort revenue.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests throughout their meal, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area, including setting up and clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring dining areas are ready for new guests.
Knowledge of Menu: Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the resort’s menu, daily specials, wine list, and available beverages to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Handling Payments: Learn how to accurately process guest payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Problem Resolution: Observe how to manage guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
Training: Participate in training sessions to develop skills in food and beverage service, customer service, safety protocols, and the resort’s service standards.
Health & Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are followed during service.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:High school diploma or equivalent. No formal prior experience required, though any customer service or food service background is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience is required; however, any customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Duration: 3 - 6 months.
Skills:

Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced staff.
Positive attitude and strong desire to provide outstanding guest service.

Công ty Cổ phần Cảng Đoạn Xá tiền thân là xí nghiệp Xếp dỡ Đoạn Xá, là đơn vị trực thuộc Cảng Hải Phòng, được thành lập theo quyết định số 334/TCCB-LĐ ngày 28/06/1995 của Cục Hàng hải Việt nam. Ngày 19/10/2001, Thủ tướng Chính phủ ký quyết định số 1372/QĐ-TTg, quyết định việc chuyển Xí nghiệp Xếp dỡ Đoạn Xá thành Công ty Cổ phần Cảng Đoạn Xá.
Sau khi chuyển sang công ty cổ phần với vốn điều lệ 35.000.000.000 đồng (35 tỷ đồng), từ đầu năm 2002, Công ty đã đầu tư vào các dự án: Dự án đầu tư cải tạo cầu tầu với vốn đầu tư 29 tỷ đồng, Dự án xây dựng nhà điều hành với vốn đầu tư 1,8 tỷ đồng, đầu tư 02 cần trục chân đế 40 tấn , 02 xe nâng hàng 45 tấn, 01 xe nâng hàng đóng rút container 04 tấn, 02 xe vận tải, 01 giàn cẩu tự động và các tài sản cố định khác. Các dự án này được đưa vào sử dụng và phát huy hiệu quả ngay từ năm 2002 đến nay.
