Main purpose:
We are seeking Organization Engagement & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will initiate and implement internal corporate culture and employee engagement programs to develop FE Credit's culture, enhance employee's pride and employee engagement in the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Implement plan and drive the implementation of projects or activities related to Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
• Promote corporate Core Values by planning and implementing related programs
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, framework and guidelines.
• Plan & organize the company events/ team building activities to build up the internal solidarity and teamwork including BOM Team Building, Sports Days, FE CREDIT's got talent, Christmas Celebration, Women's Day, Family day, Year-end Party, etc.
• Plan & organize Town Hall or Business Update meetings by routine
• Assist Line manager in creating, adjusting communication messages to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Creative team and relevant BUs to design communication materials
• Administer FE Credit internal social page
• Participate in vendor assessment and selection
• Consult the budget and manage program's cost within budget
• Keep track specific assigned KPIs to measure effectiveness of communication channels and activities
• Make the reports and analyze data for Culture, Engagement (if any)
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager• University/Bachelor's degree
• Prefer major in Marketing, Human Resources, Communication
• At least 2 years in HR related roles
• Excellent written skills in both Vietnamese & English
• Project management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational & time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with design tool and content management
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Dynamic, creative and have good artistic sense
• Ability to catch new trends, up to date with innovative communication approaches quickly
• Passion in creativity, events, social media
• Attentive to details
• Flexibility and proactive to work
• Ability to work under high pressure
