Working location: HQ Tower - 09 Tran Nao, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Responsibilities:

- Develop product: Plan and lead the features development process from concept to design, development, and launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

- Product design and specification: Collaborate with BA teams to translate product ideas into detailed technical specifications, ensuring functionality and quality standards are met.

- Manage product development projects: Oversee the entire features lifecycle, ensuring projects are on time and within budget while resolving development challenges.

- Testing and quality assurance: Coordinate testing phases (alpha, beta), gather feedback, and work with QA to ensure the product is stable and ready for launch.

- Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with internal support teams to ensure effective product communication and timely feedback collection.

- Post-launch monitoring and improvement: Track product performance after launch, using data and customer feedback to propose and implement improvements to enhance product quality.

- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field;

- 1 year experience, Priority: candidates with BA background;

- Consistent record of overseeing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle;

- Sound technical knowledge with practical experience in software development and web technologies;

- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving;

- Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational structure;

- Proficiency as a business analyst, with a strong grasp of product insights.

- Have a laptop.
