Meet, greet, and direct Guests who enter the lobby area, asking all guests and visitors if they require assistance.
Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
Seek verbal feedback from customers regularly and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Be smart and well-groomed at all times and maintain a friendly cheerful attitude
Courtesy and politeness are to be observed at all times and freely communicate with guests
Assist in facilitating a fast, smooth, and pleasant check-out
Preview VIP’ next day arrivals, ensuring that that accorded special status by the hotel are highlighted to Management and necessarily related functions are actions
Familiar with the hotel’s policies and procedures, product, service, rates, special events, and city and local information to promote and upsell the hotel’s products and services whenever possible
Responsible for arranging flowers and fruits for in-house and arrival guests
Co-ordinate with the Housekeeping department and the reception to ensure that rooms assigned to VIP guests are in order.
Ensures that all repeat guests are accorded personalized service recognized and welcome
Handles guests’ complaints or requests and liaises with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow-up
Check the guest birthday list daily for preparation and dispatching of birthday cards and cakes to guests
General understanding of the Front Office and House Keeping operations regarding guest accommodation
